1. Production procedures

4. Install the bottom film and adjust to fold in the middle. Bottom film punching.

5. Adjust the horizontal heat seal to align the position of the heat seal knife and the printing position.

6. Adjust and strengthen the heat sealing block, and fill the pressure at the intersection of the four layers.

2. Production points

1, the bottom membrane tension should not be too high. The tension is too high, the bottom round hole will deform. General tension force 0.05~0.2MPa.

2. The first group of hot sealing knife has higher pressure and lower temperature, and the second and third groups use normal temperature and pressure.

3. The spring pressure of the heat sealing block is adjusted to zero, so that the weight of the heat sealing device plays a role.
